Hatfield Subaru – Columbus, OH
In partnership with Sonic Automotive, we designed and developed construction documents for this 18,600 square-foot, single-story dealership in Columbus, OH. Following the Signature Facility Program, it features a four-vehicle showroom, indoor new-vehicle delivery bay, covered service reception for four vehicles, and a 13-bay service shop. As one of five dealerships in Sonic’s Columbus Auto Mall, it strengthens Subaru’s regional presence.
Wilde Subaru – Waukesha, WI
For Lithia Motors Inc., we designed and produced documents for this 50,250 square-foot, two-story dealership, blending conventional and pre-engineered structures. The front includes a four-vehicle showroom, sales offices, lounge, nine-car service drive, and parts storage. The second floor holds admin offices, employee amenities, and additional storage. The 43-bay service shop supports alignment, detailing, EV, and standard lifts, with dedicated EV storage. Exterior finishes include concrete masonry, metal panels, stucco, and glass. A dedicated on-site car wash supports both customer service and operational efficiency.
Newnan Subaru – Newnan, GA
Progressive Companies delivered a 65,000 square-foot, single-story dealership for Mills Automotive Group. It includes a five-vehicle showroom, sales stations, three-vehicle delivery area, customer lounge, and a covered four-lane, 12-vehicle service reception. The 45-bay shop offers alignment, lift, and EV services, along with parts, a photo booth, and car wash. Employee satisfaction was prioritized through modern locker and break areas. Community engagement was addressed through a community room and an on-site greenway for walking and biking.
