BMW of Fairfax, Fairfax, VA

BMW of Fairfax, a Sonic Automotive dealership in Fairfax, Virginia, underwent a transformation from the BMW Driving Gallery to the Future Retail program. The project involved renovating the existing Sales facility, encompassing the Showroom, Service Reception, Customer Lounge, support areas, and New Vehicle Delivery. To enhance showroom functionality, the building footprint was expanded, ensuring ample space for the required showroom vehicles and two New Vehicle Delivery bays.

Stevens Creek BMW, Santa Clara, CA

Stevens Creek BMW, a Sonic Automotive dealership in Santa Clara, California, was updated from the BMW Driving Gallery to the Future Retail program. This comprehensive renovation and expansion project upgraded the existing two-story facility, increasing the footprint to accommodate additional showroom space, a new appraisal bay, two New Vehicle Delivery bays, and an expanded Service Reception Drive Lane. The building footprint grew by approximately 6,000 square feet across two levels, necessitating the relocation of the existing curtain wall structure and the expansion of service drive lanes. Approximately 15,000 square feet of renovated space now enhances customer touchpoint areas, ensuring a seamless and sophisticated retail experience.

BMW of Bowling Green, Bowling Green, KY

Currently in collaboration Mills Automotive, Progressive Companies is designing and producing construction documents for a brand-new, single-story, 24,000 square-foot BMW dealership in Bowling Green, Kentucky. The dealership’s exterior, showroom, and customer touchpoint areas align with the latest BMW Retail Next program, ensuring a cutting-edge retail environment. The facility will also feature administrative offices, a parts department, state-of-the-art employee amenities, and a service area equipped with twelve lift bays. This project exemplifies our commitment to elevating the BMW dealership experience, seamlessly integrating brand identity, functionality, and innovation.
