Progressive Companies, in collaboration with Sonic Automotive, developed the Hatfield Kia dealership under Kia’s Gallery program, showcasing innovation and customer-centric design. Spanning 30,000 sq. ft., the dealership reflects Kia's vision of combining superior vehicles and world-class service with a unique customer experience. The naturally lit showroom, displaying five vehicles, creates a high-end ambiance and connects seamlessly to the sixteen-bay service area. A glass window allows customers to view technicians at work, enhancing trust and transparency. The facility includes thoughtfully designed sales and administration areas, staff amenities, a new car delivery section, an appraisal bay, and a service reception drive for six vehicles. This comprehensive layout ensures streamlined operations, optimizing both customer experience and internal efficiency.
