Parks Chevrolet Charlotte, Charlotte, NC

Progressive Companies helped design a new Chevrolet dealership in Charlotte, NC, within a zone with restrictive requirements. The exterior design of the facility needed to meet Chevrolet’s branding standards while reflecting the community’s character, as dictated by zoning regulations. Parks Chevrolet Charlotte is a 42,644 square-foot, state-of-the-art sales and service center, optimized for both operational efficiency and customer experience. The spacious 7,639 square-foot showroom features dedicated vehicle display areas and sales offices. Adjacent to the showroom, the 2,892 square-foot customer area offers a comfortable waiting lounge with modern amenities. The service department spans 16,754 square feet and includes twenty-two service bays, tool storage, and repair facilities, with a 6,684-square-foot service drive for easy vehicle drop-offs. The facility also includes a dedicated 3,536 square-foot parts department and 1,608 square feet of general office space for administrative functions.

Modern Chevrolet LLC, Winston-Salem, NC

Progressive Companies with several partners joined forces to enhance and expand the Modern Chevrolet facility in Winston-Salem, NC, in line with the latest Chevrolet Facility Image. The project involved demolishing the existing service reception drive canopy and constructing a new 4,200 square-foot, three-lane enclosed service reception drive, including one lane for larger commercial vehicles. The 3,200 square-foot renovation improved the customer service lounge, retail boutique, and restrooms, in addition to introducing new furniture and finishes. Throughout the construction, the dealership remained fully operational, demonstrating our commitment to minimizing disruption while delivering cutting-edge updates.
