Located at the heart of Gastonia’s revitalized FUSE District, this 200,000-square-foot mixed-use development brings new life, energy, and economic momentum to the area surrounding the city’s minor league baseball stadium. The project introduces a vibrant blend of residential, retail, entertainment, and flexible workspace, strengthening the district’s identity as a year-round destination for residents and visitors alike.
Our team provided full architectural and engineering design services for the multi-phase development, helping shape a cohesive vision that balances urban vitality with community-centered design.
