Restoration on Patton is an eight-story mixed-use development that combines dining, retail, event space, and luxury hotel accommodations in the heart of downtown Asheville. The building was designed to create a seamless hospitality experience, offering visitors a variety of amenities within a single destination.
Guests are welcomed by a ground-floor restaurant with a prominent Patton Avenue entrance and expansive outdoor patio, complemented by boutique retail, a coffee shop, and a gaming lounge. Upper floors house luxury hotel rooms with modern finishes and comfortable layouts, delivering a refined lodging experience in the city center.
Crowning the development is a rooftop lounge with a landscaped terrace, outdoor dining, and event space, providing panoramic views of Asheville. Restoration on Patton elevates the hospitality experience downtown, blending comfort, entertainment, and community into one distinctive setting.
The existing structure was a commercial bank building built in the early 1970’s. The new building extends towards the street by 30 feet with the addition of 3 stories above. The exterior of the project is detailed to complement the early 20th century Art Deco and commercial architecture of downtown Asheville.
