Tall Timbers is a four-story apartment complex nestled into hillside and shaped to enhance its’ connection to the adjacent woods and marshland. Completed in 2025, this 180-unit project features seven unique residential unit styles, an underground parking garage, and private garages with green roofs.
The building offers a variety of amenities including a fitness center, rooftop terraces with fireplaces and marsh views, a yoga studio, and private meeting rooms. The luxury units feature large kitchens and living spaces, tiled showers, in-unit laundry, private balconies, and large expanses of glass to enhance the idea of “living in the trees”. Progressive Companies provided architecture and engineering services, creating a sleek new living environment in the thriving Greenspire property. This project anticipates LEED Silver Certification.
