Flexco Manufacturing Expansion

Flexco Manufacturing is a fast growing company that's becoming a leader in belt conveyor solutions and manufacturing. Operating with 175 employees across two shifts, the company's leaders worked with Progressive Companies to realize their vision of merging manufacturing, engineering, and support staff from two separate offices into a cohesive, world-class facility. Situated on an expansive 36-acre lot, the transformed workplace earned a prestigious 2022 Building Award from AIA Grand Rapids.

Throughout the design process, our team prioritized improving flow in the manufacturing area, enhancing inventory management, reflecting the company's culture, and incorporating advanced technology for global operations. The result is a dynamic work environment seamlessly integrating diverse functions, fostering innovation, and empowering and connecting employees.

The project is a testament to Flexco's commitment to equity, unity, and continuous improvement. Completed in 2021, Flexco Manufacturing's new facility is an embodiment of their forward-thinking, technology-integrated, and innovative ethos, setting a benchmark for excellence in their industry.
