In 2019, Progressive Companies transformed the work environment for Charlotte, NC-based Archroma, redefining the company's sprawling five-building campus into a vibrant and cohesive two-building mini-campus. As an international company specializing in dyes and specialty chemicals, Archroma needed a centralized hub for its North and South American operations. Progressive's mission was to co-locate scattered labs into a spacious facility, fostering collaboration among employees across business units. The result is a visually striking space reflecting Archroma's vibrant identity, with bold colors accentuating the company's pigment and dye expertise. By transitioning to open workstations, Progressive optimized space, promoting a sense of unity within the organization. The in-house creation of a cutting-edge testing and research lab further enhances Archroma's capabilities, seamlessly integrating new European equipment and inventory relocation.
