Waterford Place

Waterford Place is a senior living community designed for active seniors. Progressive Companies completed a phase II expansion for the community in 2015, adding 108 independent living units, a parking garage, assisted living facility, and a skilled nursing facility. Additionally, a community building offers amenities such as a pool, fitness center, full-service kitchen, and a dining room for 150 patrons. Other features include a bank, beauty salon, garden room, multi-purpose area, storage facility, and administrative offices. The project covers approximately 251,930 square feet and connects seamlessly with the existing phase I development of 88 independent living units, representing a practical and functional approach to senior living.
