Porsche Bethesda

Porsche Bethesda is a multistory 63,000 sq. ft. dealership that distinguishes itself from the conventional suburban store model by seamlessly integrating into a vibrant, mixed-use urban development in North Bethesda. The showroom, with a capacity for fourteen cars, showcases a sleek design with a continuous curve of frameless glass at street level. Natural light permeates the showroom through an expansive skylight, complemented by dynamic digital displays integrated with Porsche Technology for real-time updates.  

Progressive Companies not only contributed to the design but also provided activation services, ensuring a smooth transition from construction to operations through staff training and meticulous preparation for day one and beyond. The project was designed to achieve LEED Gold certification.
