As lead of construction operations for the firm’s design-build projects, Dan delivers on our full-service promise. He works alongside the design team to bring construction considerations into a project at the earliest stages. Dan builds trust with each client, ensuring quality control and that the project is delivering on their strategic goals from design through construction. He provides oversight throughout the construction process, making sure projects are being constructed as designed, working directly with the owner to resolve all contractor-related issues, and providing documentation through field reports.
