Welcome to the Team: Jeff Roman Joins Firm as New Director of Engineering

Progressive Companies is committed to bringing innovative engineering consultancy to our clients and target prospects. To that end, the firm has hired Jeff Roman, PE to fill the new position of Director of Engineering.

Jeff is a subject matter expert in full-service building and site engineering services, and we’re thrilled to have him leading our firm forward – a value to our firm but, more importantly, a value to our clients. He is a professional engineer licensed in 18 states, with 20+ years of experience in leadership, engineering, financial and project management, and community stewardship. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Lawrence Technological University and an Executive MBA from the University of Florida.

Prior to joining Progressive Companies, Jeff was a partner and engineering practice leader at a national architectural consulting firm. He created a vision for full-service building engineering services, developed a national growth strategy, mentored emerging leaders, and expanded the team from one to four offices.
