Seth Horton Named Principal of Progressive Companies

Progressive Companies has named Senior Project Manager Seth Horton, PE as principal of the firm. In this role, Seth will provide leadership and direction to the firm while continuing to act as a team leader. He will also provide project management, strategy, and planning to clients over the life of their projects.

Seth is a subject matter expert for the transit and higher education markets, a trusted client liaison, a business developer, and a community team leader. In addition to his work at Progressive Companies, Seth went through the Grand Rapids Chamber’s Leadership Grand Rapids program, as well as pursued and achieved his Master of Business Administration degree from Western Michigan University. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in construction engineering from Western Michigan University.

In his free time, Seth is a self-described audiophile and enjoys woodworking, specializing in handmade furniture and the art of custom veneering.
