Kevin Jacot

Kevin has over 12 years of experience as a program leader, client lead, project manager, and architectural job captain. As a project manager for our logistics, commercial, and industrial clients, Kevin is responsible for business development, program and team management, project proposals, site design, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management. Kevin brings an ownership mindset to his work and ensures client goals are delivered upon and the team has what they need to be successful.

Kevin prides himself on establishing relationships at project inception with the necessary consultants and building/planning departments to ensure a smooth permitting process. He has a wealth of experience in code research, nationwide permitting, contract documents including design specifications, construction administration, completing site visits for verification and assessment of as-built/life safety conditions, and meeting with the appropriate building officials to ensure a timely permit process.
