121 West Trade

Built in the 1990’s, 121 West Trade is an iconic landmark located in uptown Charlotte. The 32-story building was purchased in 2015 by Lincoln Property Company, and they immediately set upon renovating and modernizing the office space. This first phase of renovation included updates to the lobby, corridors and restrooms. New art, lighting and front desk reconceptualized the finishes that had previously felt heavy and dated.

On the 10th floor, a new “tenant hub” was added as a shared amenity for building occupants. “The Hub” features conference rooms, lounge space, training room, dining areas, and commu-nity kitchen. The space provides an open, sleek and flex-ible way for current tenants to work and interact, and makes this centralized location even more appealing to prospective tenants.
