Matthew is a national expert in climate justice and regenerative design. With more than two decades of experience within the architectural, engineering, and construction industry, he empowers clients and project teams to relentlessly pursue good, oftentimes dramatically exceeding their sustainability goals. As the sustainability lead, Matthew strategically identifies opportunities with the most significant impact, co-creating regenerative and inclusive design solutions that meet clients' needs while revolutionizing what positive impacts are possible through climate-responsive design. Matthew is integral to our firm's Sustainability Green Team. He sets firm-wide sustainability action plans, develops regenerative design goals and strategies, and leads decarbonization efforts. His work supports our climate commitment and promotes design excellence throughout the firm.

Matthew holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Collaborative Design from Kendall College of Art and Design of Ferris State University. His empathic nature fosters collaboration and understanding, driving meaningful change within organizations and communities. With a commitment to advancing sustainability and driving positive impacts, Matthew's work embodies our firm’s dedication to climate-responsive design, cultivating a healthier, just, and more inclusive world for future generations.
