Bill Nagy

Bill has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry including 19 as a design-build general contractor in both residential and commercial segments, responsible for oversight of the initial design concepts through project completion. Bill works closely alongside the client, building trust and bringing an ownership mindset while delivering a successful and safe project. As an owner’s representative and senior project manager for 13 years in corporate facilities, Bill directed a diverse portfolio of capital projects across the banking and child care industries, managed across more than 30 states and 1,400 sites.

Bill is also passionate about giving back to the community, serving on the firm’s community involvement committee and facilitating employee outreaches through Habitat for Humanity.

“I approach each project with a partnership mindset,” says Bill. “My thought process is centered on our client’s business objectives and how we design and fiscally impact the building or spaces we construct for each client.”
